FAQ

Questions we actually get asked.

Straight answers, including the ones vendors usually dodge: cost, data residency, and what happens to your existing team.

Everything, honestly

Ask us anything. Here's a start.

How is RxFlow deployed?

On your own WhatsApp Business number, on your own data. We don't route your conversations through a shared inbox. Deployment takes 2–3 weeks from the teardown call, and we operate it for you rather than handing you a self-serve dashboard to configure.

Do you replace our sales team?

Not a replacement. RxFlow is a hybrid system: the AI handles the volume that doesn't need a human (answering, qualifying, first response), then hands off to your existing team for calls that need judgment, on a bespoke telecaller app built around your floor.

What does it cost?

It's custom, scoped on your teardown call based on your volume and stack. There are no per-seat licenses: your whole floor uses the telecaller app for one deployment fee, not a fee per agent that scales against you as you grow.

Which regions do you operate in?

India is live in production today. UAE, the wider Gulf, and Europe are actively deploying. The US is on the roadmap, running the same core system on a channel-native edition (SMS + Instagram) rather than WhatsApp.

Whose WhatsApp number does this run on?

Yours. RxFlow deploys on your existing WhatsApp Business number and WABA. We don't ask you to migrate your customer conversations onto a number we own.

Where does our data live?

We offer EU and GCC hosting options, so data residency can match where your customers and regulators expect it to sit. This is scoped per deployment on the teardown call.

Is this TDRA / GDPR compliant?

It's built to those rules, not retrofitted to them. Consent capture, do-not-contact handling, and messaging windows are built into the funnel logic itself. In the EU, the AI discloses that it's an AI per EU AI Act Article 50 transparency requirements. See the full regional rundown in our Gulf WhatsApp compliance playbook.

What results can we expect?

We show you the ledger rather than a promise. Across RxFlow deployments: up to 95% of inbound handled by AI, <60s first response around the clock, and 60% fewer returns after delivery-rescue went live. Your numbers depend on your catalog and funnel; the teardown call scopes what's realistic for you specifically.

Can we migrate from Wati, AiSensy, or a similar tool?

Yes. Your WhatsApp Business number and conversation history move with you. We handle the switch as part of setup so there's no gap in customer conversations. See the full comparison on our RxFlow vs Wati page.

What is the telecaller app?

A native Android app built for your sales floor: queue, chat, a VoIP dialer that needs no SIM card, and order tools, wired into whatever you run today (Shopify, Salla, Zid, WooCommerce, or a custom backend). It's bespoke per deployment, not one-size-fits-all software.

How does AI-to-human handoff work?

The moment a conversation needs judgment (a negotiation, an exception, a trust issue the AI can't resolve), it routes to a human on the telecaller app with the full conversation history attached, so the customer never has to repeat themselves. Every outcome, AI-handled or human-handled, lands on the same live ledger.

Is RxFlow a good fit if we're just starting out?

It depends on volume. If you're getting a handful of conversations a day, a lighter self-serve tool is the better fit for now. RxFlow is built for teams with real inbound volume and a sales floor (or the need for one). See our honest breakdown of when each approach makes sense in why pure-AI sales agents churn.

Do you work with distributors, or only D2C brands?

Yes. We're now deploying RxFlow for medical and surgical distribution houses: order capture off WhatsApp and phone calls, receivables nudges, and a Founder Copilot that briefs the owner on stock, pricing, and what's outstanding. It's the same engine, mapped to a different floor.
